We couldn’t be more honored that to be involved with a group of talented creatives that came together to create a romantic dream wedding against the ocean shores of Laguna Beach, California.   I have to be honest, this was a learning experience for us all because beach photo shoots are not as easy as they look!  Hard work, loads of fun and we’re thrilled with the results.  Some of DIY included an old canoe shelf that I bought for $50.00.  We painted, sanded and with the help of Ali at Roots and Stems, she added her magical touch and Viola! we have a gorgeous ceremony altar.  Our mixed colors of corals, blues and peaches was influenced by the earthy tones of the ocean, sunset and and sandy beach.  Alona and I wanted to create a unique ceremony backdrop so we bought an old canoe shelf, repurposed it and painted it with soft colors of coral and cream.   We added canoe paddles and our creative partner Root and Stems added her unique floral touches to create a unique ceremony altar that we set on the beach which looked terrific against the Laguna sunset. Not to mention, the beautiful floral designs for the table we added dripping candle sticks, pink sea salt candles, vintage bottles, white vintage tableware provided by The Vintage Table Company.

Check back for more photos on the Green Wedding Shoes blog next week.  Yay!!
